Head of Partnership Student Information Management

This is a new and exciting role which will lead and help shape a new team whose focus will be on supporting the University’s new and expanding collaborative provision. We are looking for someone with the experience and enthusiasm to help deliver the best possible experience for students and staff, and ensure that structures and processes within the new team are implemented successfully. Responsibilities of the team will include the management and maintenance of partnership curriculum data, the approval of modifications to the curriculum as part of University quality groups, the management of partnership student information from enrolment to final award, and the oversight of the University’s examination committee processes.

The role can be offered as a hybrid to include both working from home and office based work.

As Head of Partnership Student Information Management you will be:

  • providing strategic and operational leadership to a new team with responsibility for the management of curriculum and student information, and related processes,
  • leading and supporting the team, and others, in their use of the student records system,
  • overseeing the University’s examination committee processes,
  • responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the University’s partnership student record information,
  • representing Student Records and Curriculum Management at groups and committees as an expert and authority in all of the above.

You should have:

  • a comprehensive understanding of Higher Education curriculum, quality assurance and student data management,
  • experience of using complex administrative systems,
  • experience of management,
  • experience of working in a regulatory environment, with responsibility for the implementation of complex regulations,
  • experience of strategic and operational leadership.
