• Shaping and developing our company culture in close collaboration with leadership and the CEO
• Designing and delivering initiatives that inspire, connect, and empower our people
• Overseeing all recruiting activities with a focus on quality, candidate experience, and cultural fit
• Creating and conducting trainings, workshops, and development programs that drive individual and team growth
• Ensuring operational HR excellence – including contracts, onboarding, benefits, HR tools, liaison with authorities, and coordination with external payroll services
• Partnering with other teams and actively supporting change and transformation processes

RequirementsWhat do you need to bring?

• Several years of experience in a strategic, generalist HR role
• Solid expertise in recruiting, training & development, and organizational culture
• Ideally, a background in a start-up or scale-up environment – with a clear understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities that come with fast growth and constant change .
• A trusted partner to leadership, with strong communication and influencing skills
• A hands-on, proactive approach combined with a strategic mindset
• A people-first mindset, business acumen, and the ability to balance empathy with execution
• You speak and write in a way that everyone gets it – in both German and English.
