Shaping and developing our company culture in close collaboration with leadership and the CEO Designing and delivering initiatives that inspire, connect, and empower our people Overseeing all recruiting activities with a focus on quality, candidate experience, and cultural fit Creating and conducting trainings, workshops, and development programs that drive individual and team growth Ensuring operational HR excellence – including contracts, onboarding, benefits, HR tools, liaison with authorities, and coordination with external payroll services Partnering with other teams and actively supporting change and transformation processes Requirements What do you need to bring? Several years of experience in a strategic, generalist HR role Solid expertise in recruiting, training & development, and organizational culture Ideally, a background in a start-up or scale-up environment – with a clear understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities that come with fast growth and constant change . A trusted partner to leadership, with strong communication and influencing skills A hands-on, proactive approach combined with a strategic mindset A people-first mindset, business acumen, and the ability to balance empathy with execution You speak and write in a way that everyone gets it – in both German and English.
