With faculty transition programs now in place, the Faculty of Medicine, Health and Human Sciences (FMHHS) is seeking a Head of Faculty Operations.
Reporting to the Faculty Executive Director, the Head of Faculty Operations will provide operational leadership in the execution of plans to deliver the Faculty’s strategies and goals. The role will ensure excellence in service delivery and enable effective operational management across the Faculty.

You will be an experienced leader and will oversee, manage and support the recently established operational services portfolio teams; to adopt ways of work aligned with the services delivery model and foster a service-focussed and collaborative culture. An understanding of and experience in healthcare is also desirable for success in this role.

Your personal resilience to adapt and operate in an ambiguous, fast-changing and complex environment will be critical to your success in this role. Additionally, you will be a strong communicator, with experience building and managing effective partnerships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
