- Researching and analyzing industry trends and market opportunities to identify areas where the organization can innovate and grow
- Establishment of a customer centric ideation process with economic focus and new business evaluation
- Creation of an environment that fosters creativity and incorporates contemporary working methods
- Communication with internal stakeholders, such as executives and team members, to keep them informed of the innovation pipeline’s progress and to secure necessary resources
- Measuring and tracking the success of innovation initiatives and making adjustments to strategy as needed
- Building and maintaining relationships with external partners, such as vendors, customers and academic institutions, to stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends.
- Participation in conferences and networking events
- Maintain and enhance cooperation’s with funding agencies in the field of applied Research
- Exploration, application and execution of funding projects to expand the global funding portfolio
Ihr Profil
- University degree in engineering/ business administration with focus on innovation and technology or similar qualification
- > 3 years of professional experience in Innovation Management
- Excellent English skills
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Strategic thinking, creativity and project management skills
