Group Sales Coordinator
Creighton University
The Group Sales Coordinator is responsible for leading the department’s group sales efforts as well as targeted individual tickets sales strategies (i.e., texting, artificial intelligence, email and other uses of technology to drive fan engagement, attendance and ticket sales).
- Understands and provides superior customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Handle multiple projects with strong time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrate flexibility and creative problem-solving skills
- Strong oral and written communications skills. This includes speaking clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations, listening, possessing excellent group presentation skills, and being willing to participate in meetings actively
- Proficient computer skills and understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, Ticketmaster’s Archtics, & CRM programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, communications, sports management, or related field
- 1+ years of ticket sales and group ticket sales success with a collegiate athletic department, professional sports team or entertainment venue
