Team

The CET / CB-GPT team is responsible for delivering a best-in-class product support experience for Coinbase. We want to be known for world-class support, and a key part of doing this is building the tools and technologies that enable customers to solve the vast majority of issues self-serve. Similarly, we build tools and technology to dramatically improve the experience and efficacy of operational teams. Finally, we’re responsible for defining, driving, and executing against our company-wide AI vision, including improving both end product experiences and dramatically accelerating internal efficiency (e.g. tools to help operational and non-operational employees work more effectively and efficiently)

What You’ll Be Doing (i.e., Job Duties) 

• Lead the product charter for CET/ CB-GPT
• Work with you Design and Engineering counterparts to build & launch products.
• Help prioritise the roadmap for your charter.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and teams to help influence & drive successful outcomes.
• Leverage ability to challenge existing stats quo and push for new, effective & scalable platform solutions
• Manage a team of PMs

What We Look For In You (ie. Job Requirements)

• Minimum of 12+ years of product management experience
• Ability to focus on scalable platform and business outcomes
• Ability to build strategy, prioritise with deploy new innovative solutions with focus
• Keen analytical skill, awareness of the latest in payments & Fintech space
• Value add to the team with excellent interpersonal skills

Nice to haves

• Experience in AI (GPT, ML)
• Experience operating at a scaled company, particularly customer support product experiences, partnering with CX and operational teams, and operationalising product experiences across both a large customer base and large internal support teams
