Because we believe that your career path should be as unique as you are.Ensure the digital transformation of the RPS (Rotax Propulsion Systems) division in all aspects and lead a small team of professionalsManaging our existing digital product portfolioManage resources and project budgetMake sure that the service quality for rolled out services fulfills our standardsConsult the departments within RPS when it comes to defining new digital solutionsProject reporting to the managementTake over the IT coordination role as an interface between RPS business and IS/TYour skills and experiencesCompleted education or studies in the fields of business development, digital transformation, IT or managementProven track of experience in managing digitalization projects

First experience as a project manager or in leading small teamsProactive personality with innovative spirit and passion for our high-tech productsCommunicative and goal oriented team player with negotiation skillsERP and CRM Knowhow (Ideally SAP and Salesforce)Fluent English and German knowledge mandatoryWe offerYou will receive an exciting position in an with many interesting benefits.
