About Your Role

• As a key member of the Group Data Management Team, your responsibilities include the regular oversight and review of data transfers from Addiko Bank entities, while ensuring efficient and accurate data processing
• You maintain and further enhance the data governance framework, playing a pivotal role in shaping the integrity and trustworthiness of our data assets
• You establish and enforce data governance practices, including metadata management, to enable data democratization and compliance with data regulations
• You support with the definition of quality data standards, the execution of data quality checks and corrections, and crafting completeness reports to maintain data excellence
• You design and construct data architectures that align with our business objectives, including data warehouses, lakes, and marts, while using industry-standard practices
• You evaluate and improve our existing database structures and implement enhancements to meet the system capacity requirements

Is This You?

• You hold an academic degree in a related field, and ideally posses experience with data handling, including data preparation and quality checks
• You are fluent in English, with the ability to communicate complex data concepts clearly. German is considered a plus, but not a must
• You are proficient in using MS 365, SQL, agile methods and data management tools
• Project management skills are an advantage
• You have a background in ETL processes and a solid understanding of data governance frameworks
• You consider yourself a committed team player with a strong service orientation, complemented with proactivity and a high attention to detail
• Exceptional analytical abilities and a robust sense of responsibility define your professional ethos
