Job Summary:

Your ability to provide unique concept-to-completion creative solutions for print, digital and environmental applications will be key to your success, along with a keen eye for detail and the resourcefulness to get things done. Our ideal candidate thrives in a high-demand setting and can prioritize based on the client’s needs, while taking the initiative to make sure projects get done on time.

Job Duties:

  • Creates unique design concepts that are strategic and thoughtful which will differentiate the institution from competitors while maintaining institutional brand standards.
  • Develops digital and print marketing assets specifically targeted to a broad array of audiences and ensure that the design effectively engages the target audience to help meet marketing goals, objectives and initiatives.
  • Creates original designs and executes the artwork for publications, digital outlets, websites, etc.
  • Conceptualizes design layout of finished art for reproduction and coordinates final production of finished product.
  • Coordinates the printing of marketing materials, web pages, digital advertising, signage updates, office publications, and other digital as well as printed materials.
  • Manages all phases of design solutions from concept to production under minimal supervision.
  • Collaborates with marketing staff to build awareness of institutional services in the community.
  • Provides web developers with proper files for web-based and digital projects.
  • Performs pre-press production to files to ensure quality before delivery to vendors, and attends/supervises press checks as needed.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

    Education:

    Bachelors degree in Design, Commercial Art, Communication, Fine Arts or related field is required.

     

    Experience:

    Five (5) years of related experience is required.
