Your artistic as well as technical understanding make you the predestinated team member of choice for future wide-ranging and complex responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-Process and Integrate Assets: Prepare internal and external art assets for smooth implementation within platform-specific technical constraints.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with designers, developers, and testers to create animations and visual effects (VFX) that enhance the gaming experience.
• Create high-quality visuals: Use industry-standard tools like Photoshop, After Effects, or Maya to design realistic and stylized graphics, animations and UI elements.
• Optimize for Performance: Refine visual assets to maintain high quality while ensuring optimal game performance.

Your Qualifications:

• Proficient knowledge of Unity Game Engine
• Proficiency in software like Adobe Photoshop, Maya, Blender or similar (Adobe After Effects is a plus)
• Strong understanding of animation principles, physics, and lighting
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative teams

Nice to have:

• Experience with scripting (C#, Python, HLSL, or similar)
• Experience creating real-time VFX or shaders
• Understanding of compositing and motion graphics
• Familiarity with AI tools like Stable Diffusion or Adobe Firefly

Remuneration:According to Austrian law we are obligated to list the minimum salary for this position. The minimum salary starts at €3.251,09 gross per month, however actual compensation is negotiable and will be based on your qualification and experience. Per our collective agreement the monthly salary is going to be paid out 14 times per year.Benefits and Culture:
