About the Department
The Division of the Humanities is comprised of twenty-one departments, committees, and interdisciplinary centers and grants PhD, MFA, and MA degrees. Our population includes over 300 academics, 130 staff, and many student employees. Humanities Administration is the staff that provides overall administrative services to facilitate and support the work of the division’s faculty, students, and staff. The office of Financial and Grant Services within Humanities Administration specializes in providing consummate financial and grants administration, procurement, and account management services to Humanities faculty, staff, and students.
Job Summary
Reporting to the Humanities Division’s Director of Financial and Grant Services, the Grant Manager plans, organizes, directs, and controls all sponsored award activities within and among departments/centers through the Humanities Division. Activities managed by this position include all pre- and post-award grant and contract administration. Pre-award activities include research, preparing applications, and editing proposals. Post-award activities include compliance monitoring, payment processing, and salary allocations. This position is eligible for a partially remote work schedule. The successful candidate will ensure they have uploaded all of the required documents as listed below.
