THE BIOMEDICAL RESEARCH INSTITUTE OF MÁLAGA NEEDS TO HIRE A PROFESSIONAL WITH THE FOLLOWING PROFILE: GRADUATE IN NURSING.
Principal Investigator: Francesco Costa.
Location: IBIMA A-03 CARDIOVASCULAR RESEARCH FOR HEALTH.
Research Line/Project: Optimize risk prediction after myocardial infarction through artificial intelligence and multidimensional evaluation (ORACLE).
Functions to be developed:
Support in the recruitment and screening of patients for inclusion in the research project. Communication with the patient and signing of the informed consent for the study. Management of appointment scheduling and follow-up calls. Management, application, configuration, collection, and management of data from electronic devices in the research project. Inclusion of data in online platforms.
Minimum Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Nursing.
Valuable Requirements:
Experience in clinical research studies (1 point for each year of experience, up to a maximum of 2.5 points).
Work experience as a nurse (1 point will be granted per year of experience, up to a maximum of 2.5 points).
Work experience/training abroad (2 points). The mentioned requirements must be accredited by a competent body certificate or responsible declaration.
Contract Information:
Contract type: Scientific and technical activities contract. (art. 23 bis of the Science and Technology Law 14/2011).
Category: Technician Location: Virgen de la Victoria University Hospital / IBIMA BIONAND Platform.
Gross annual remuneration: €11,875.74 at 50%.
Hours: Part-time 50% (17.5 hours per week).
Estimated duration: 48 months renewable – The contract is linked to the duration of the project/activity/financing.

Selection Process:
– Based on the points obtained in the assessment of merits, at least the three best candidates will be selected to conduct a personal interview in which communication skills, aptitude for work, and abilities will be evaluated, with a maximum of 3 points. Only candidates who obtain at least 50% of the points from the valuable merits will be eligible for the interview phase.
– After the resolution of the position and in case the selected candidate resigns from the contract, the hiring committee may resolve in favor of the next candidate according to the scoring list.
