Established in 1859, the University of Toronto’s Department of Chemistry is one of the leading andrecognized institutions in Canada. Our department has a wide variety of services including chemical stores, NMR lab, X-Ray analysis lab, and a Mass Spectrometry lab. Reporting to the CAO, the Graduate Coordinator is responsible for supporting students by advising them on program and/or course requirements; providing administrative support on the graduate program, and handling sensitive and confidential information. The incumbent will provide administrative support of hiring Teaching Assistantships in the department by understanding and interpreting of the CUPE 3902 policies and the departmental guidelines.
This is a one-year term that is ending in June 2026.
