Salary: Grade 5 (£23,487 – £27,116 p.a. pro rata, depending on experience)
This role comprises hybrid working, the balance of campus and remote working to be agreed. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

You will work as part of the Student Cases Team to ensure effective management of case procedures, which will include document management and preparation of data for review and reporting purposes.
You will use your significant knowledge and expertise to effectively support colleagues and students. You will offer specialist advice to staff and students and work closely with colleagues to develop and share good practice.
Working flexibly within the Student Cases Team, supporting case management activities of colleagues as workloads fluctuate, you will help continuously improve case management.
As a member of the Student Cases Team, you will undertake activities associated with the general governance function of the Secretariat. Under the direction of senior colleagues you will represent the Secretariat at relevant cross institutional meetings.
