The Department of Energy and Environmental Materials is at the forefront of developing next-generation strategic materials to address global challenges in achieving carbon peak and neutrality goals. Open Positions:
1. Research Director (Chief Scientists)
Qualifications:
- Tenured professor or associate professor at a leading national laboratory, top university, or prestigious research institution abroad, or having a senior leadership role at an internationally recognized company.
- A proven track record of outstanding original contributions in relevant fields, globally recognized by peers.
- Extensive scientific expertise, broad academic vision, and excellent leadership abilities to drive scientific research and innovation.
2. Researcher (Outstanding Scientists)
Qualifications:
- PhD degree with at least 3 years of research or academic experience at an internationally renowned university, research institution, or corporate R&D organization.
- Proven achievements in the candidates’ field with demonstrated innovation potential.
- Under the age of 40 with demonstrable potential to become an academic leader or to significantly contribute to their field.
3. Associate Researcher (Overseas Young Scientists)
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of postdoctoral research experience at a top overseas university, research institution, or company.
- Publication of high-quality research in prestigious journals or achievement of significant academic results.
- Mentored by internationally recognized experts.
- Under the age of 35.
4. Assistant Researcher (Postdoctoral Fellows)
Qualifications:
- PhD from a renowned overseas institution in a world-class materials-related discipline or under the mentorship of a leading expert.
- Around or under the age of 30.
