  • supporting the organization to ensure compliance of the sterilization and microbiology processes with external and internal applicable sterilization and microbiology requirements for internal manufacturing sites, contracts manufacturers and suppliers;
  • leading continuous improvement activities and required development and validations to support manufacturing and sterilization footprint strategies
  • supporting the evaluation of supplier performance and capabilities within this area of expertise for new business developments and maintenance of approved one’s
  • ensuring the supplier is constantly manufacturing products in compliance with sterilization, microbiology and other Mölnlycke requirements;
  • identifying needs and develop training packages to keep all involved teams trained for the sterilization/microbiology processes.

What you’ll need

  • Sterilization and Microbiology knowledge and all related standards
  • Knowledge of ISO 13485; FDA QSR 820
  • Experience in process validation, audits, manufacturing.
  • Good team-working and communication skills
  • Planning and coordination skills are required.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in priorities and project schedules.
  • English written and spoken fluently.
  • Project management familiarity
  • Strong technical writing and reporting skills
  • A recognized academic qualification in microbiology, pharmacy, quality, or chemistry
  • At least five years of working experience within the quality area, preferably from the sterilization, medical device, pharmaceutical, or food industry and with a clearly identified experience with microbiology or sterilization processes.
  • Certified lead quality system auditor.
  • Experience of working in an international organization or environment.
