We promise: you are in for a special ride!The location of the role is in ViennaIhre AufgabenIn this role, directly reporting to the Global Head of Digital Transformation, you will be our S/4HANA experienced implementation lead for the global DigiT program/project, bringing our IT services and processes to an elevated state of quality, excellence, and cost efficiency. You will mainly be responsible for leading the implementation and business modifications in various regions, ensuring that they are tailored to meet local requirements, including regulatory specifications. You will steer the roll-out of our global process, system, and data landscape in alignment with global governance. This includes preparing our regions for audit readiness, ensuring integration of the deployment scope, and, overseeing cutover preparation and execution. This will include data management and KPI tracking, testing supervision, defect resolution, as well as leading the hypercare phase. In this position, you are required to travel 40% of your time.In addition, your tasks will include

• Ensuring a consistent approach for organization, preparation, and go-live throughout all divisions and regions
• Establishing and overseeing readiness from day one, including change management and risk mitigation
• Building and managing the deployment plan, ensuring progress tracking and quality assurance
• Setting up the prospective deployment organization

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A PhD is considered a plus

Languages

• English – Proficient/Fluent

Work Experience

• Several years of experience, as a leader, for global SAP 4 HANA transformation programs, specifically managing change adoption and coordinating IT and business functions in a high-complexity environment
• Experience working in global consultancy firms

The annual gross salary for this position will start from €123.000 on a full-time basis, depending on your qualifications and experience, as well as the amount of overtime and your level of seniority.
