This transaction is anticipated to be completed by the end of 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions, receipt of regulatory approvals, and country specific information and consultation needs where required. This is a significant milestone for the P&F business and will allow for the strategic investment and resources needed for sustaining growth and delivering customer solutions. Until then, Solventum will continue to operate as a unified entity, and employment is subject to all applicable terms and conditions as set forth in our employment agreement and company policies.The Impact You’ll Make in this RoleAs a Product Marketing Manager for the Bioprocessing business, you will be encouraged to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.Here, you will make an impact by:Maintaining the health and activation of the Portfolio assigned.Assist the Global Strategy creation and execution via Area Teams to deliver growth objectives.Be a conduit with Area Marketing, Sales and Global Technical Teams to identify gaps and deliver solutions with Global Cross Functional Teams on new product development and line extensions.Develop and execute marketing strategies to deliver growth expectations for the portfolio assigned.Collaborate with other Purification and Filtration Functions to foster Teamwork to drive growth.Set and onboard Global Organisation on price, margin, and operating strategy for the portfolio moving forward.Conduct market research in key application segmentsDetermine the price value position of Solventum and competitive productsLeading cross functional teams to exceed resultsYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 5 years of job-related experience in Bioprocessing or a related Industry with sales, marketing, analytics or business developmentORHigh School diploma and a minimum of 9 years of job-related experience in Bioprocessing or a related Industry with sales, marketing, analytics or business developmentANDExperience creating and executing marketing plans and pricing strategiesAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration from an accredited institutionProven track record in driving sales growth with existing products and new product launches and commercializationProven track record of success in establishing and maintaining sales forecasts and their attainment.Work location: Remote – USTravel: May include up to 15% domestic/international

This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
