• Assist brand leads with product launches, rebranding campaigns and promotional activities throughout the whole product portfolio
• Prepare presentations, reports and other marketing documents
• Monitor campaign performance and compile reports on key metrics
• Support with administrative tasks and help organize events and congresses
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Assist with content creation and maintenance of social media platforms
• Help manage website updates
• Organize internal team files, assets and documentation
• Assist with Webshop Coordination and digital end-consumer campaigns

Your qualifications and skills

• Excellent communication skills in English and German (other languages would be a plus)
• Organizational skills as well as a proactive and solution-oriented way of working
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite)
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects
• Creative mindset with ability to bring fresh ideas to campaigns and content
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced marketing environment

• Collective agreement for the chemical industry, 38 hours a week – the minimum gross salary according to the CA is EUR 46.305 for this position. The actual salary depends on the specific qualification and experience.
