We are currently looking for a dedicated person who wants to join our Corporate HR team in Vienna (AGRANA Beteiligungs-AG) in the following position:
Global HRIS Workday Technical Analyst (m/f/d)
Ihre Aufgaben
- Manage the maintenance, design, development, testing, and deployment of custom Workday reports and dashboards
- Implement data quality control mechanisms to ensure high standards of data accuracy in Workday
- Enhance & troubleshoot existing interfaces, coordinate & support the creation of new interfaces
- Participate in global projects in relation to Workday Reporting
- Collaborate with HRIS team colleagues, global HR operations, and other key stakeholders in the continuous evaluation and evolution of Workday
- Translate business objectives and user needs into clearly written technical requirements and valuable solutions
- Support annual HCM processes (e.g. with EIB loads)
- Participate in the review, test and implementation of bi-annual Workday releases
- Support critical system maintenance and operational tasks within the HRIS, ensure security, end-user access and data integrity
Ihr Profil
- University Degree (Bachelor/Master) or comparable degree in e.g. Computer Science or Information Management
- 2+ years of professional experience in IT, HRIS and/or project management in an international context
- Hands-on experience with Workday reporting is required, additional experience in Workday security & integrations is beneficial
- Strong analytical skills
- Thorough knowledge of MS Excel
- Data-driven, detail-oriented personality
- Proactive, customer-oriented approach and a ‘can do’ attitude
- Good time management skills and an ability to plan and conduct multiple projects and manage several priorities simultaneously
- Fluent in English, German is beneficial but not required
