The Global Intelligence and Engagement Officer will be responsible for supporting the preparation of a suite of engagement reports, partnership briefs, presentations and other communication materials to aid the development and delivery of the University of Adelaide’s global engagement activities. In collaboration with relevant team members across the Division and beyond, the Officer will also provide support for coordinating incoming international visits, onshore engagement and strategic partnership events, and the annual program of Senior Executive Missions. 

To be successful you will need:

• Demonstrated experience in preparing briefs, corporate reports, strategy documents, capacity statements, and formal correspondence
• Experience in planning and managing visits and events, including an understanding of official etiquette.
• Ability to organise and complete multiple tasks simultaneously with close attention to detail and prioritisation to meet deadlines
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator) and the Microsoft Suite
• Demonstrated knowledge of the international higher education sector and knowledge of the issues affecting international partnerships.
