How You Will Contribute:
Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, as a Summer Intern, you will help the Global Customer Care Business Intelligence team develop, implement, report, and provide insight into strategic and operational metrics needed by the Global Customer Care team.
Possible assignments may include wide ranging support for development, education, and promotion of the Business Intelligence team’s output. These may include usage validation, requirements gathering, and development of small-scale reporting/analysis.
You will have the opportunity to use and develop multiple skills in this role:
Data Analysis – opportunity to apply statistical analysis, data modeling and data visualization.
Statistical Knowledge – apply solid understanding of statistical concepts especially percentile, confidence intervals, etc.
Programming and Data Manipulation – proficiency in Python (maybe R), SQL, etc. to ease loading and building of analytic models.
Problem Solving/Critical thinking – an ability to analyze situations, identify patterns and propose data driven solutions.

The hourly pay range for this position is $21.50 – $29.00
