College Health are seeking a GP who will be working to meet the existing open access and fixed appointment surgery patterns. The successful candidate will be required to deliver General Practice medical care to students and staff of the College as part of the team working under the management of the Director of the College Health Service. The postholder may be required to participate in some or all of the specialised clinics in addition to standard consultations. The service delivers a combination of fixed appointment and open access surgeries as well as telephone, video or online consultations.  In addition the Service also runs specific clinics in the areas of Sexual Health, Contraception,Eating Disorders, Travel Health, Occupational Medicine, Minor Surgery and Psychiatry.

The College Health Service takes a holistic approach to Student Health and in addition to providing on campus, primary health care for all students; it focuses on the psychological and occupational aspects of Student Health and Health Education.

Post status: PermanentContract

Hours of Post: 35 hours per week

Salary: This appointment will be made on the Senior Administrative 3 Salary Scale (€86,268-€111,402 per annum) at a point in line with current Government pay policy. monthly/weekly payscales. (tcd.ie)
