General Niles J. Fulwyler Scholarship

To award Scholarship to a BGSU student who is a contracted MSIII Army ROTC cadet but who is not a recipient of either an Army ROTC Scholarship or any Reserve component tuition assistance.

Eligibility: Student who is a contracted MSIII Army ROTC cadet.

Criteria: Student who is a contracted MSIII Army ROTC cadet but not recipient of either an Army ROTC Scholarship or any Reserve component tuition assistance.
Shall demonstrate academic proficiency; minimum GPA above 2.5.
Active in community and university service.
Top 25% of his/her ROTC

class; top 50% of his/her academic class.
Demonstrate leadership potential and military professionalism and express desire to serve active duty.
Demonstrate writing and speaking ability.
