Supporting the implementation of initiatives for equal opportunities and anti-discrimination at IT:U under the direction of the Equal Opportunities Officer
Organizing and coordinating workshops, training sessions, and events for students, lecturers, and staff
Assisting in data collection and reporting on the effectiveness of equal opportunity initiatives
Serving as a contact person for inquiries on equal treatment topics and providing resources
Helping to maintain and update various communication channels on this topic
Collaborating with student organizations, departments, lecturers, and other stakeholders to

promote diversity, equal opportunities, and inclusion at the universityIhr Profil

Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Education, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Previous experience in DEIB-related work, event coordination, or administrative support
Ability to facilitate discussions and training sessions on EO topics

Strong organizational skills and project management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Cultural competence and sensitivity, as well as an interest in working with diverse groups
Very good English skills, additional language skills are an advantage
