GenAI Enablement Lead – Vice President – Commercial & Investment Bank

As a GenAI Enablement Lead within the Commercial & Investment Bank’s Chief Data & Analytics Office, you will be tasked with formulating the strategy for GenAI, with a particular focus on Large Language Models (LLMs). Your role will also involve spearheading the implementation of JPM’s GenAI products across the Commercial and Investment Bank. You will provide insightful leadership on GenAI & LLMs to key Commercial and Investment Bank clients. This position presents a unique opportunity to influence the strategic direction for GenAI adoption in the Commercial and Investment Bank, cultivate expertise in Data, AI&ML at a highly technical level, and refine your problem-solving and communication abilities.

 

The position represents an excellent opportunity for a candidate to

  • Advise on and impact the strategic agenda for GenAI adoption in the CIB 
  • Lead the rollout of JPM’s GenAI products across the CIB
  • Develop expertise in Data, AI&ML at a highly technical level
  • Hone problem solving and communication skills
  • Become a thought leader in GenAI & LLMs 

 

Job responsibilities

  • Define and deconstruct complex problems that can be solved through GenAI
  • Critically assess GenAI products and influence the product roadmap
  • Identify key priority CIB use cases where GenAI can be leveraged
  • Provide thought leadership on GenAI & LLMs to key CIB clients
  • Assimilate information and provide synthesised views for senior management
  • Identify emerging trends ahead of broader market adoption 

 

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills 

  • Prior experience with GenAI and knowledge of Financial Services required
  • Significant experience with diverse problem-solving background – e.g. top strategy consulting firm, internal strategy, investment banking, private equity
  • Knowledge and understanding of AI&ML (esp. GenAI and Prompt Engineering)
  • BSc or MSc degree in relevant field preferred (e.g. Computer Science)
  • Outstanding ability to analyse problems and apply quantitative analytical approaches
  • Easily assimilate new information with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong verbal/written skills; ability to communicate effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint (required)
