You will be:

  • designing, developing, and optimizing GenAI based products and solutions,
  • preparing documentation of all designs and development,
  • working in Scrum, attending Agile ceremonies and presenting the development work incrementally, contributing to mission-critical projects by utilizing backlog items and priorities set by the Product Owner,
  • staying at the forefront of developments in GenAI, continuously advancing your own and your team’s technical skills,
  • sharing insights and best practices within your team and across the organization to foster innovation and drive results,
  • leading the GenAI Platform Chapter, ensuring your team delivers top-tier expertise and resources to various teams,
  • developing and mentoring team-members, providing feedback and overseeing their progress to strengthen their knowledge in GenAI and related areas.

Requirements

Your profile:

  • 14+ years in delivering platform or complex technology solutions, with a deep technical background, ideally in a global enterprise setting,
  • 8+ years of leading large-scale engineering or platform teams,
  • strong programming skills in Python, TypeScript, and associated GenAI libraries and frameworks,
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience experimenting and developing with LLMs,
  • 1+ years of experience using LLMs in production environments,
  • strong knowledge of Generative AI technologies, including key APIs (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI) and LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
  • extensive experience with cloud infrastructure for AI/GenAI/ML on AWS, Azure, or GCP, including containerization and orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker),
  • proficiency in modern engineering and DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, AI/ML automation),
  • expertise in building enterprise-grade, secure data ingestion pipelines for unstructured data – including indexing, search, and advanced retrieval patterns,
  • hands-on experience with knowledge graphs,
  • experience with RAG concepts and fundamentals,
  • experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Kubernetes, Docker),
  • knowledge of training and fine-tuning Foundation Models, including multimodal inputs and outputs,
  • very good verbal and written communication skills in English.

Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

Nice to have:

  • experience with LLM guardrails, security, and monitoring,
  • expertise in LLM testing and evaluation frameworks.
