  • Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software
  • May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals
  • Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions
  • Provides remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications
  • Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow-up problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructure

Schedule:

2pm to 10pm Monday through Friday

Requirements

TS/SCI with poly required

  • 5 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree (or 5 additional years of expereince)
  • Hardware
  • Remote Assistance
  • Remote Desktop

One or More of the Following Certifications Required:

  • A+
  • CCNA Security
  • CND
  • Network+
  • SSCP
  • CySA+
  • GICSP
  • GSEC60
  • Security+
  • CASP+
  • CCNP Security
  • CISA
  • CISSP (or Associate)
  • GCED
  • GCIH
  • CCSP
