Job Description
Student Associates are responsible for initial customer service contact for potential and current workshop
participants. Associates perform tasks such as but not inclusive of: answering the phone and emails, enrolling
participants in courses, organizing and setting up for workshops, maintaining a master calendar of workshops,
gathering information from evaluations, and utilizing various university computer programs to assist in the day
to day running of the workshops department.
Skills & Requirements
• Excellent organizational, typing, and writing skills
• Ability to work independently and provide quality customer service
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidential information in a professional manner
• Ability to learn and utilize various campus and student management software systems
Days/Hours: Flexible hours between 8-5 M – F, some potential for weekend work setting up/opening workshops
Start date desired: ASAP
