We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Care guru to join the team at our Store Support Centre located in Derrimut. This role involves responding to customer enquiries in relation to after sales for both internal and external customers by arranging repairs or replacement under warranty.
To be successful in the role you will:
Be able to make sound decisions
Have strong communication and organisational skills
Be able to work independently and within a team environment
Have intermediate computer skills
Have demonstrated strong customer service skills
