Boeing Canada Winnipeg is on the lookout for a dynamic Fulfillment Operations Specialist to join our team in Winnipeg, Manitoba. As a Fulfillment Operations Specialist, you will report directly to the Fulfillment Manager and have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful delivery to our programs and meeting our commitments.

Position Responsibilities:
- Consults with internal/external customers to identify delivery risks and opportunity potential.
- Develops and executes project and process plans.
- Coordinates and schedules status meetings with cross-functional teams.
- Captures meeting minutes and attends factory status meetings.
- Collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure follow up actions for issue resolution.
- Collects, organizes, and provides data to maintain status of programs and parts.
- Prepares reports and presentations and communicates results/status in leadership meetings.
- Adaptable, able to work in a constant change and fast paced environment
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience in fulfillment operations, program management, or supply chain management
- Experience working with SAP or similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
- Experience with Microsoft office suite and other project management software
- Experience in collecting data, preparing reports and presentations and communicating results/status to leadership
- Must be legally able to work in Canada
- Individual must not pose a risk for safeguarding of controlled goods
- Must be eligible to handle US export-controlled data
Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience in fulfillment operations, program management, or supply chain management
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Working towards, or has, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, APICS, Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP) designation or equivalent
- Experience collecting, organizing, analyzing data and summarizing findings
Typical Education and Experience:
Associate (Level 2): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years’ related work experience, 7 years’ related work experience, etc.).
Professional (Level 3): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years’ related work experience, 10 years’ related work experience, etc.).
Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
Additional Information:
This requisition is for a locally hired position in Canada. The employer is Boeing Canada. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada. Benefits and pay are determined by Canada and are not on Boeing US-based payroll. This is not an expatriate assignment.
