The Fisher Leadership Initiative aims to become the leading organization that provides principled, evidence-based, and scaled leadership development programs, practices, and knowledge dissemination.

The Program Coordinator for the Leadership Initiative leads the coordination, facilitation, and scaling of FLI’s L1 (Compulsory) and L2 (Broad-Based) student leadership development experiences. Delivers engaging skill-based and experiential workshops. Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with Fisher College of Business faculty, staff and other university partners. Implements marketing and recruitment initiatives across campus to scale leadership experiences. Assists with new student program design and facilitation. Evenings and weekends occasionally required.

Minimum Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Level Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 1 year experience workshop or classroom facilitation. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to prioritize and handle contending priorities. Collaborative spirit and willingness to learn.

Desired Qualifications

2 or more years’ experience in workshop or classroom facilitation. Foundational understanding of student development theory or leadership development. Previous experience in a higher education setting.
