| Job Summary | The primary responsibility of this position is to perform the accounts payable function and support the business office operations of the Bookstore. Other responsibilities include generating and retrieving reports, invoicing merchandise, coding and processing vouchers, requisitions, and other documents; communicating with vendors, departments and customers regarding billing and invoice concerns, and assisting callers and visitors with financial, general and merchandise questions.
