Job Summary
The Financial Analyst II will apply professional concepts and understand organizational policies and procedures to support the finance team. The analyst will work independently and with other team members to develop analyses and resolve issues. Communications will be both internal to the department and also external to UCSF.
This role will focus primarily on the accounts payable, invoice reconciliation, and issue resolution functions for the Information Technology (IT) Network and Telecommunications accounts. IT manages approximately ~40 accounts and ~$5M in annual spending. Additionally, this will role will provide support to the finance team as needed during the month-end close, budget, and forecast processes. Ad hoc analysis may also be requested.
Department Description
The UCSF Information Technology Department provides enterprise technology support and is comprised of ~650 FTE and manages ~$250M in spend on annual basis. It is a challenging and fast-paced department.
