Your opportunity:
Reporting to the Director, Student Experience, you will be responsible for the administration and coordination of financial aid and award activities in the Registrar’s Office and Student Experience (ROSE). You will provide students with information and advice relating to financial aid and awards issues; administer all aspects of OISE’s bursary program; conduct one-on-one interviews with students, prepare decision letters, process payments and maintain audit records.
In this role, you will coordinate internal OISE awards which are open to the general OISE student population and provide administrative support to academic departments in the operation of departmental/program specific awards.
You will be the first point of contact for prospective and current students regarding potential sources of financial aid and provide advice in order to improve student retention and the student experience. You will also develop and conduct presentations/workshops for current and prospective students highlighting financial aid services and award criteria.

USW Pay Band 12 — $78,308 with an annual step progression to a maximum of $100,144. Pay scale and job class assignment is subject to determination pursuant to the Job Evaluation/Pay Equity Maintenance Protocol.
