Job Summary:

 

ACS-Metropolis seeks a detail-orientated and highly organized Financial Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be essential in supporting financial operations and providing administrative support to the President. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Manage and organize financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and statements.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
  • Process payments, expense reports and reimbursements in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and correspondence on behalf of the President.

 

Qualifications:

 

 

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3 years experience as an administrative assistant or similar role, preferably in a finance or accounting environment.
  • Proficiency in Sage, and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial procedures.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
