Mosaic is looking for a dedicated, highly motivated, and highly organized individual to join our Retail Team as a Field Coordinator.The Field Coordinator will be responsibility for managing a team of approx. 60 Brand Ambassadors for our In-retail store demonstrations. This will include grocery & liquor stores.

It is the Coordinator’s responsibility to manage and grow their team, while coaching and mentoring to ensure quality and exceptional in store experiences at our retail establishments. A Coordinator will be required to conduct store visits during activations to gather information for our clients and build and maintain relationships with Store Managers. The Coordinator will work closely with our account, asset, training and operations team, and will report to the Regional Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Manage & schedule approx. 65 Brand Ambassadors in BC (some in remote locations)

  • Maintain a 95-100% execution compliance rate, and a 100% BA survey compliance rate

  • Forecast open recruitment needs 6 weeks out – conduct interviews

  • Assist recruitment team with sourcing for new Brand Ambassadors

  • Review all program training materials

  • Approve and correct time keeping reports

  • Read surveys (reports) submitted by BAs

  • Achieve 20 % weekly visitations for locations in your area

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of back-room supply areas – order supplies as needed

  • Deliver or ship supplies and liquor sampling kits to new BAs

  • Regularly send out communication emails to your Brand Ambassadors

  • Build team relationships – train & coach new hires

  • Conduct new BA Orientation Training sessions

  • Address any HR & payroll issues

  • Attend weekly meetings, being prepared to discuss weekly compliance

  • Practice and teach best and safe practices in field

  • Reporting/analysis with all program insights, competitor and Brand Ambassador insights.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience with managing large teams

  • Previous experience in working retail, particularly grocery or liquor chains

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities

  • Experience with Excel

  • Excellent organization, time management and prioritization skills; demonstrated ability to juggle multiple critical tasks and consistently deliver against deadlines

  • Must be available on weekends – days off are Tues & Wed

  • Must have access to a vehicle

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment with changing priorities and projects

  • Strong written and verbal communication skill

  • Liquor and Food Certification is a bonus
