Federal Work Study – Public Relations

Athens Technical College is seeking qualified candidates for a Federal Work Study position for the Athens Tech Foundations / Public Relations

Duties include assisting with marketing task, along with  social media information. The work study student also serves as an administrative assistant to the director.

The successful candidate will be a student who is registered for at least 6 credit hours at Athens Technical College.  Generally eligible for financial aid and has unmet need as defined by the Federal Student Aid Handbook. Must have current aid year FAFSA on file. The successful candidate is also responsible for meeting certain college criteria that are considered essential to the success of the college.

Skills & Requirements

Currently enrolled must be registered for minimum 6 credit hours, must be Pell Eligible  have unmet need with current FAFSA. 

Preferred Qualifications

1.      Availability to work various hours

2.      Microsoft Word, Outlook, Copiers, Answer phone.
