Provide automakers with cutting-edge equipment and solutions to develop tomorrow’s clean and connected car.MISSIONIn the frame of Fuel Cell Systems, responsible of testing and commissioning of systems, subsystems, and components according to the customer requirements and standard test procedures:

• Commissioning of systems / subsystems / components in the test bench.
• Setup, execution and reporting of tests.
• Test bench and related equipment maintenance, periodic sensor calibration.
• Comply with all safety guidelines, make the lab a safe work environment.
• Propose improvement to the processes and create / update the impacted documents.

ACTIVITIESTesting

• Setup, execution, and evaluation of tests in the automotive environment.
• Assembly and disassembly of test set-ups.
• Make modification at the Fuel Cell test benches (for ex. To test new systems / components).
• Creation of test documentation.
• Create scripts to automate tests.
• Create data logging profiles.
• Data analysis with the team and discussion of results.
• Presentation of results in English / German in regular team meetings.
• Periodic sensor calibration.
• General test bench equipment maintenance.

Testing guidelines

• Create / update Work Instructions
• Create / update test procedures.

Expertise and know-how

• Develop Expertise by capitalizing lessons learned and sharing information within the company.
• Update the impacted documents and creates the missing ones when needed.
• Introduce new tools and way of working to improve the efficiency.
• Propose improvements on the process.

Laboratory

• Respect the safety rules.
• Respect the storage rules and participate to the 5S method.
• Perform the test means maintenance and calibration.
• Contribute to new test means development.

IATF requirements – The employee must comply with ISO9001, the company’s Quality rules and customer requirements:

• Application of our Quality standards: compliance with our internal procedures (like INPro and INChange), use of controlled documents.
• Knowledge of and respect for internal deliverables related to his function and specific Customer requirements to which he/she contributes.
• Is aware of the impact of his/her work on the achievement of Project quality objectives and the satisfaction of the End Customer.
• Apply problem-solving methods and capitalize on feedback.
• Within his/her scope of responsibility, he/she respects the standards and rules in terms of Quality, Safety and Environment contributing to the IMS process management and improvement.

Quality

• Compliance with internal PO division New Energies procedures including for example INPRO.
• Must know the specific customer requirements (i.e., CSR, Customer Specific Requirement) for the projects assigned to him/her.
• Must understand the impact of its activity on the achievement of quality objectives (products and services), and understand the potential risks induced by non-compliance of designed products delivered by PO division New Energies to customers.

Environmental and energy Safety

• The function is performed in compliance with the HS2E provisions and rules established for his/her area of responsibility.
• Occasional wear: safety shoes and various IPE from the workstation concerned in the laboratories.
• Compliance with standards relating to environmental protection.
• The employee must be an actor and apply the HS2E policies in force in the company.

COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS

• Technical degree (CFC) or similar
• Professional experience in the testing and validation of complex technical systems, ideally in automotive environment.
• Knowledge of sensor principles and technologies
• Basic knowledge physics and electronics
• High responsibility for safe handling of components of systems containing Hydrogen and hazardous electric voltage.
• Strong communication skills in German and English, as well as strong teamwork and organizational skills.
