Accountabilities with Key Outcomes:

• Operating assigned equipment in a safe and efficient manner to support daily farm activities.
• Field Operations – operate tractors, forklift and implements to perform required field tasks.
• Harvest Operations- Moving seed using hand-held rake or blower, removing branches or brush in rows to facilitate harvest of seed in the field.
• Field Prep (discing, bed shaping, etc.).
• Troubleshooting equipment issues in field to minimize downtime.
• Completing daily paperwork on field tasks.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience :

Essential

• Tractor experience
• Farm Labor Experience
• Ability to complete daily field documentation

Desirable

• Fixed crop experience
• Experience with disc, blower, and other field implements
