Bee Sweet Citrus is seeking a highly energetic, motivated individual who is interested in pursuing a career in the farming industry to join our Farm Management Department as an Assistant Farm Manager.

Qualifications and Skills

• Understanding of plant agronomy
• Know how to communicate with team members
• Knowledge of different types of soils, water, fertilizers and tree health
• Must be organized
• Must understand farm equipment
• Must be a hands on manager
• Be able to work effectively within a team
• Must have a clean driving record
• Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Must have computer skills and know how to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
