Job Details:

• Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Repair furniture and building system components while ensuring safe working conditions.
• Maintains & operate assigned vehicle, tools and equipment. (grass cutters, mowers , backhoe, truck , etc.) based on assignment.
• Cleans farm complex , spray disinfectants , apply herbicide and other task that requires farm cleanliness & orderliness.
• Repairs farm buildings , fences , and other areas that requires repairs and maintenance .
• Participates in meetings , trainings and seminars required to perform functions .
• Perform wide variety of general and semi-skilled maintenance activities (carpentry , painting , masonry , etc.) for the purpose of completing projects within established time frames .
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the biosecurity room and stock room .
• Clean , disinfect , prepare and distribute uniform and farm supplies.
• Perform cremation of dead poultry and maintain incinerator clean and orderly .
• Perform procedures in controlling scavengers within the farm complex.
• May be designated according to type of farm , task or farm requirement .
• Perform related work as required.
