• Heavy outpatient family medicine practice opportunity with a team of three highly experienced FM physicians, four NPs, and 1 PA
• Unprecedented quality of life with a 4.5- or 4-day workweek option and no call
• Optimal clinical efficiency with robust support staff, dedicated nursing, strong coordination care team, and AI scribe/documentation
• Optional ER shifts available

Compensation & Benefits:

• Highly competitive base salary guarantee plus retention bonuses
• Demonstrated proven earning potential of $440K+
• Student loan repayment – PSLF eligible
• $300K signing bonus plus $12K relocation
