Als Fleet Specialist (m/w/d) gehörst du zum lokalen Stadteam und sorgst dafür, beschädigte Roller von den Straßen zu holen und ihre Nutzung bei Rettungsmissionen zu optimieren. Du kennst die besten Wege durch die Stadt und stellst sicher, dass kein einziger beschädigter Roller auf den Straßen bleibt. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören unter anderem:

• Sicherstellen der Logistik für das Sammeln und Bereitstellen von Voi-Rollern.⚙️
• Beschädigte Roller suchen und einsammeln.🔍
• Batteriewechsel.🔋
• Schnelle Vor-Ort-Reparaturen der Roller durchführen.🔧
• Verantwortung für die Präsenz von Rollern in der Stadt übernehmen, indem du beschädigte Roller identifizierst, falsch geparkte Roller korrigierst und betriebsbereite Roller an den vorgesehenen Stellen positionierst.🚀

ARBEITSBEDINGUNGEN

• Wir arbeiten im Schichtbetrieb – Flexibilität hat daher hohe Priorität. Sei offen dafür, im Früh-, Spät- oder Nachtdienst zu arbeiten, 5 von 7 Tagen pro Woche, in einem rotierenden Schichtplan.
• TEAM – wird bei Voi großgeschrieben, das bedeutet, dass du als Fleet Specialist auch bereit sein solltest, andere Teammitglieder bei logistischen oder mechanischen Aufgaben zu unterstützen.

DEIN PROFIL
Du bist eine motivierte und energiegeladene Person, die keine Angst davor hat, anzupacken. Mit deiner praktischen Mentalität und deinem effektiven Arbeitsstil möchtest du Vois Mission und dein Team bestmöglich unterstützen. Außerdem bringst du Folgendes mit:

• Führerschein der Klasse B.🚗
• Ortskenntnisse und Fahrerfahrung.📍
• Erfahrung in Lieferung, Transport und Logistik.🚚
• Handwerkliches Geschick und Leidenschaft für Mechatronik.🔧
• Fähigkeit, mehrere Stunden körperlich zu arbeiten.💪
• Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch oder Deutsch.💬

As a Fleet Specialist (m/f/d) with focus on infield, you will be part of the local city team, freeing the streets from damaged scooters and optimizing their usage on scooter rescue missions. You know the best way to navigate through the city, ensuring that not a single damaged scooter remains on the streets.

• Ensuring the logistics of collecting and providing Voi scooters.⚙️
• Searching for and collecting damaged scooters.
• Battery replacement.🔋
• Performing quick on-site repairs of the scooters.🔧

Taking responsibility for the presence of scooters in the city by identifying damaged scooters, correcting improperly parked scooters, and bringing operational scooters to our designated spots.🚀

JOB CONDITIONS

• We are operating in shifts – so flexibility is a high priority. Be open to work AM shift, PM shift or night shifts, 5 out of 7 days a week, in a rotating shift schedule
• TEAM – is spelled in capitals at Voi, which means as a Fleet Specialist you are open to also support other team members in logistic or mechanical tasks

WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK
You are a motivated and energetic individual who is not afraid to get things done. With your hands-on mentality and effective work style, you aim to support Voi’s mission and your team to the best of your abilities. Additionally, you bring the following:

• Driver’s license Class B.🚗
• Local knowledge and driving experience.📍
• Experience in delivery, transportation, and logistics.🚚
• Manual skills and a passion for mechatronics.🔧
• Ability to work physically for several hours.💪
• Fluent language skills in English or German.💬
