The Nanjing University School of Biomedical Engineering, founded in December 2025, is a dynamic new institution established to create a world-class hub at the intersection of life sciences, engineering, and clinical medicine. The School of Biomedical Engineering invites applications for full-time tenure-track or tenured faculty positions at the Assistant, Associate, and Full Professor levels. Outstanding candidates in all areas of Biomedical Engineering are encouraged to apply, with strategic interest in:

Qualifications
Candidates should have a PhD degree in related fields and have a passion for teaching and research. A strong track record in independent research, teaching, student supervision, and service is highly desirable. A clearly defined and distinctive research vision, supported by notable academic achievements, is essential.
- For the Assistant Professor (tenure-track) level, candidates are typically expected to have completed at least three years of postdoctoral training or equivalent industry research experience. Exceptional recent PhD graduates with a demonstrated record of outstanding achievement may also be considered.
- For Associate and Full Professor positions, candidates must possess a distinguished, sustained record of scholarly excellence and significant impact in their field. Candidates are expected to hold an equivalent position at a world-class university or research institute.
