| Job Summary | Under the direction of the Building & Grounds Supervisor, this position performs all requested maintenance functions, including maintenance and repair of plumbing equipment, electrical switches and appliances, heating and ventilation units, and building equipment and fixtures. The incumbent shall maintain the security of the facility and its equipment, supplies, and personal contents through the responsible use of the keys that are assigned. Major responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Multiple shift openings are available for this role. While this position will predominately work a consistent schedule, rotating nights and weekend shifts, in addition to emergency site visits will be scheduled as needed.
