INTRODUCTION:
The department of University Housing at the University of Whitewater-Wisconsin seeks a Facilities Technician II.
JOB DUTIES:
This position provides routine and complex maintenance and repair work for the residence halls, assuming a first responder role to a wide variety of maintenance issues. Duties will include facilities repair and preventative maintenance work. This position reports to the Assistant Director of University Housing – Facilities. The normal academic year work schedule for this position is 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. This position participates in the Emergency On-Call System. Additional responsibilities may include the direction of student crews
