| Job Summary: | This position involves cleaning of windows and other glass fixtures. Assist trade workers performing maintenance, remodeling, construction, demolition, and special projects. Operate boom truck buckets, swing stage, DENKA lift, “Genie” lifts, forklifts, Bosun Chair, and other hand and power tools and specialty equipment in the performance of building maintenance and special projects. Maintain custody of Physical Plant scaffolding, staging, and other rental items. This responsibility includes, but is not limited to: maintaining an accurate inventory, inspecting and making necessary repairs, and the delivery/recovery of scaffolding to/from work sites. Work is performed under general supervision. |

| Responsibilities: | Assists with facility and equipment inspection, maintenance, and repairs to ensure property meets established standards and to prevent further damage. Assists with construction, and meeting and event preparation as needed.
