External Relations Events Officer (Campaign)

The External Relations Events Team is looking for an External Relations Events Officer (Campaign) to provide high level event administration and event management expertise in the planning and delivery of the University’s high-profile programme of external and campaign events, which contribute to advancing its strategic priorities and enhancing its brand and reputation. 

The programme of events will help to engage both internal and external stakeholders across the University, and will include large scale prestigious University wide occasions such as Foundation Day, Honorary Degree ceremonies, Graduation, Ministerial visits, official openings of buildings and research as well as other priority events as advised by the Division of Development and Alumni Relations, the Office of the President & Vice Chancellor, and other events sponsored by the University’s Senior Leadership Team.

The post holder will also be involved in the development, planning and organisation of campaign events, on a regional, national and international level to deepen the University’s engagement with philanthropists, senior donors, key volunteers and alumni.
